One Piece is on break this week and Fire Force's chapter is delayed, we'll cover it and next week next time
Dr. Stone 68
We see Senkuu explain the rough
process for acquiring the tires, furnace and steam engine for his “automobile”
as he did for other things like the phone and sulfonamide
Everyone’s confused as Senkuu draws
a massive amount of blueprints for the car, saying that they’ll make an
oscillating engine, the first step using the waterwheel to create a lathe
cutter that will etch out pieces.
They also take the steam furnace
that was made for winter, repurposing it to be the core of the oscillating
engine’s power, as we see the process for the constant flow, Kaseki impressed
at it and ripping his clothes off again
Some people are worried about
Chrome, Senkuu saying he’ll be fine as long as he doesn’t run his mouth, though
Kohaku says that’s the exact problem they should be concerned about
Tsukasa speaks to Chrome, asking why
he’s a scientist, thinking it’d be normal to fear being seen as obsolete in
this Stone Age.
But Chrome is confident in his
position, saying that he’s going to teach Tsukasa how awesome science is,
bringing up his initial trick of changing the color of fire
Hyouga hands Chrome off the edge of
a waterfall, Tsukasa telling Chrome that he does use basic science, like making
fires and tools, but he says there must be moderation against someone like
Senkuu corrupting things
Tsukasa and Hyouga suggest Chrome
betray Senkuu, giving him his science practices in exchange, Chrome seemingly
going along with it
But instead, he says he’d never do something
like that, Hyouga dropping him off.
Chrome is resolved to die, however,
Ukyo saves him with an arrow, seemingly signaled from Tsukasa.
The leader is impressed at how
strong Chrome’s courage was in the face of death, giving him a bridge to climb back
up and telling the others that he won’t betray Senkuu regardless of what they
do
Hyouga asks Ukyo where he found
Chrome, the archer lying and saying Chrome was looking in the cave of miracles
for nitric acid. This confuses Chrome, wondering if Ukyo is trying to start
some revolution within Tsukasa’s empire
Meanwhile, Senkuu and the others
take the molds they made and pour in iron, next soldering the parts together
after they cool
The chapter ends as we see the
vehicle, more like a locomotive train as Gen says the Industrial Revolution has
finally come to the village
We Never Learn 72
Uruka greets Yuiga as they head to
school, but is shocked when she sees bites on his neck that seem like hickies,
though she tries to avoid that implication, giving him some bandages for the
“bug bites”
We see Uruka panicking over the
hickies even though she tries to say it could be an accident. When she tries to
do it on her arm, she sees it couldn’t have happened that way
She remembers that Yuiga didn’t have
them when he left school yesterday, so after recalling he was with Rizu when
she left, Uruka asks her about it
Rizu said she left to go home after
studying with Nariyuki, Uruka thinking they must’ve been doing something else.
But Rizu remembers that Yuiga went
to see Mafuyu, Uruka asking her about it. She was asking Yuiga about his
homework assignment, Uruka wondering if there was some kind of punishment for
Yuiga getting something wrong, more of her wild fantasies.
Mafuyu directs Uruka to ask Fumino,
whom Yuiga had gone to give his notebooks yesterday.
The idea of someone as innocent as
Fumino doing it makes Uruka think it’s silly, but she overhears Fumino
apologizing to Yuiga about not sucking well enough and it leaving a mark
Uruka thinks they’re talking about
Fumino giving Yuiga a hickey, but it turns out she was talking about trying to
get the tea out of Yuiga’s notebook that she spilled onto it.
She tries to ask Yuiga directly
about the hickeys, but stops herself, asking him more generally about if he
went home without seeing anyone else
It turns out Kobayashi was also
someone Yuiga hung out with, studying until late in the night
Uruka notices from the picture
Kobayashi shares that Yuiga didn’t have the hickey then, thinking there must’ve
been something between them that led to them.
She leaves Kobayashi confused as she
thanks him for helping her figure things out (thinking it was something just
between guys that didn’t mean anything)
Yuiga’s sister Mizuki notices the
marks on his neck as we learn that it was Kazuki and Hazuki, his younger
brother and sister, the twins, sucking on his neck when they were asleep,
dreaming about ice cream
The chapter ends as Yuiga recalls
that Uruka had what looked like hickey marks on her arms, not wanting to think
about it as he continues studying.
Fire Force 136
Black Clover 167
Asta and the others are confused at
Rades’ group appearing, but the necromancer ignores them, saying he wants
revenge on Licht for his betrayal
After pointing out that they know
he’s in the capital and that Valtos can teleport them there, Rades says they
should team up, Sally enhancing their magic with her tools and even bringing
the Black Bulls’ base with them
But Asta rejects his offer, saying
Rades just wants revenge, while the Black Bulls want to help people. He insists
Rades would just go back to his bad ways, saying they should help people from
now on
Realizing he doesn’t need Rades’
help, Asta talks to Valtos, who says he feels guilty for going along with
Licht’s plans and wants to confirm things for himself
Sally just wants to experiment more,
Asta volunteering his own body if Sally helps them
Rades is still resistant, but as
Valtos and Sally take some of Charmy’s magic-restoring food, he begrudgingly
goes along with things, insisting he’s still doing his own mission, he and Asta
butting heads as they eat
The chapter concludes as we see the
capital has been devastated by Licht’s moving dungeon, but the Black Bulls’
base arrives, ready to fight
My Hero Academia 192
Two days later, we see that Endeavor
did survive the attack after Recovery Girl’s healing and some other surgeries,
left with a scar on his left eye.
Hawks apologizes to Endeavor, though
the Hellflame Hero says he’ll take responsibility for his own injuries. But the
#2 Hero avoids suspicion from Endeavor when he wonders why the Noumu targeted
them so directly, saying that it could’ve just been rumors or the recent
popularity they had with the rankings
The two part ways after Endeavor
tells Hawks to be careful in his future investigation.
We see Hawks remember how he was
recruited early on as a child when he saved people from a dangerous incident
and that person shaping him into the person he is today, willing to be
corrupted so he can make his dream of a world where Heroes can take it easy a
reality some day
Back at the Todoroki house, Endeavor
arrives, Fuyumi greeting him, while Natsuo decides to leave
Endeavor tells his son if he has
something to say, he should tell his father directly, but Natsuo retorts that
Endeavor kept them away from Shouto, seen as failures in his eyes, so he can’t
talk about communication
Natsuo thinks Endeavor hasn’t really
changed, not confronting the things he did to his wife Rei and Shouto, even
mentioning an older brother Toya (possibly Dabi’s true name?) and leaving in
disgust as Endeavor tells him he’ll face his past head on now, not believing
him
Fuyumi is sad at this turn of
events, but Shouto tries to encourage his dad, commenting on the reports recently
that Endeavor, while a bit uncertain in his influence to some people with the
recent battle, is still doing his best as the #1 Hero
He acknowledges that his father is a
great Hero, but Shout is still waiting to see how Endeavor changes as a father.
Endeavor thinks to himself that All
Might’s words of inspiration to him were meant to say that he must protect the
future for Heroes in training like his son as he leaves, to Fuyumi’s
disappointment
We shift over to Deku, who crashes
in bed after a long day of training. But he has an odd dream, seeing the faces
of people, clearer than when he had a similar moment fighting Shinsou in the
Sports Festival tournament
The chapter ends as we see that Deku
is seeing the memories of One For All from the past, particularly when things
began with All For One and his brother
Seven Deadly Sins 275.5
This chapter is a series of vignettes elsewhere in
the story
Jericho greets Elaine after doing her patrols, the
two bonding briefly about their brothers, even though Gustaf, Jericho’s brother
is dead. But both of them agree that their brothers cared about them, Jericho’s
new power of manifesting ice seen as evidence of that
Elaine actually notes that Gustaf’s spirit is
floating over Jericho, still chastising her, even though after she flees,
Gustaf actually encourages his sister
Ban is shopping for food as Diane rushes over to
tell him that the captain and Escanor are having a fight
Turns out it’s actually Hawk and Escanor, fighting
over Merlin’s attention. They’re eating Meliodas’ food, which has always been
regarded as terrible
Escanor manages to win, getting an item from Merlin
that he mistakes as her love, though it’s actually a strong laxative that makes
him stay in the bathroom for 2 days.
We also get a side story involving Elizabeth
thinking about what to get her father for his birthday and Hawk trying to
explain how he beat Hendricksen in the past (even though it’s fabricated
entirely)
