Golem Hearts 11
Carles is confused as to how the
enemy golem manipulated Serpent, since he had Padlock on it. The Riddle Golem
says it’s actually their skill, God Hand, where they can manipulate any golem
they touch. Even the tower is made of the golems from other arcanists who have
come to the town.
Lily and Carles are panicking at how
strong this opponent is, the golem mocking their despair, but Noah is unaffected,
still determined to fight
Serpent is thrown at Noah, stabbing
into his gut, though he manages to take the blow, keeping Carles’ golem from
being damaged
Carles moves to use Resurrection on
Noah, who explains that he doesn’t have to worry about Padlock, since Noah
doesn’t have much skill with that Golem Art, so he depends on others to fix him
at the moment.
Lily is still processing the fact
that Noah’s a golem, Carles saying it doesn’t matter, that they’re friends
regardless of what Noah is.
The Riddle Golem demands Noah join
him, saying they should be allies against the humans, but Noah refuses, saying
he won’t hurt humans, that it isn’t what’s right
As the enemy golem taunts Noah,
saying he’s as stupid as a human, he’s attacked from behind by Erebus, Noah
pushing Lily and Carles out of the way of the massive attack. The golem is
hardly damaged by Erebus’ attack, not only skilled but tough.
Erebus calls the Riddle golem trash
for trying to kill humans, the enemy retorting that humans are the ones who
make golems that kill in the first place. Erebus says he intends to kill such
humans, including his grandfather Methuselah.
But Noah reassures Carles that
Erebus just wants a peaceful world and he doesn’t feel like he’d kill people
even as he says as much
Nyx clashes with the enemy golem,
cutting its arm off before it can use its God Hand ability
The chapter ends as Nyx uses its
Clairvoyance ability to see the enemy golem’s core, stabbing at it, seemingly
defeating their opponent
Dr. Stone 44
Resuming from the six on the space
station realizing the situation, we move to Senkuu, who’s processing that even
though his senses aren’t working, he can still think, his brain still
functioning
Bykuya, using Senkuu’s thought
process, discerns that, extrapolating from a timeline of the earliest point
when social media posts stopped, that the burst of light came from South
America
Yakov suggests they go to the
opposite side of the point of origin, near Japan, Byakuya saying that they have
to do it in teams of three regardless, only have 2 escape vessels to test this
out on with the first group.
Shamil knocks Byakuya out with a
punch to the gut, saying that the three going first shouldn’t have loved ones,
Shamil, Lillian and the girl with black pigtails going down.
They don’t turn to stone, but they
land upside down, meaning they’ll eventually run out of oxygen and they can’t
get out normally
Byakuya and the others think they need
to go down and rescue them by boat, but the margin of error is too great to
risk it. But Byakuya isn’t fazed and persists.
We see Senkuu still counting and
maintaining his calendar for when he’s revived.
Lillian and the others are trying to
conserve oxygen, but the diva begins to sing as she sees Byakuya rowing towards
them.
Everyone goes to an uninhabited
island nearby, only a hermit’s statue there, broken in half. They manage to
survive, three years passing as they eke out their existence, Shamil and Conny
(pigtail girl) getting married, Byakuya happy for them
Lillian starts to sing in
celebration, but runs away crying. She tells Byakuya after he goes to find her
that she’s saddened at the thought that everything may just disappear, but
Byakuya’s confident that Senkuu will do something. He says they’re not even
related by blood, but he’s proud of him like a son nonetheless.
The chapter ends as Byakuya says
they need to pass the torch on so when Senkuu is revived, he’ll have allies to
bring the world back from petrification
We
Can’t Study 48
We see that Asumi and Nariyuki are
at the beach, Asumi’s father thinking they need to go there to show that
they’re really a couple, since summer’s almost over
They finish up their photo shoot to
demonstrate their being a couple, Asumi climbing into the inflatable raft. Her
braids come untangled, Yuiga flustered at how attractive she looks. She starts
to tease him, suggesting he cares more about her breast size, even though he
has the “privilege” of seeing her in a bikini
They’re heading back to shore when a
wave knocks Yuiga out of the boat, who can’t swim well, Asumi having to help
him back in
But her swimsuit top was knocked off
in the process, Yuiga offering her his shirt to cover up. However, since it’s
wet, it just makes Asumi more captivating, Yuiga thinking of the physics
formula for buoyancy to distract himself.
Asumi asks him if he’s thinking
about lewd things again, Yuiga offended that she’d claim such a thing
They notice the beach is starting to
get more crowded, but they sight Asumi’s swimsuit top on a rock nearby, so they
go to get it.
But some divers pop up nearby, Asumi
clinging to Yuiga to hide her potentially exposed chest through the wet t shirt.
They wait it out, Yuiga clinging
back to Asumi, who thinks he’s being very assertive, Yuiga saying he just
wanted to cover her back (also erotic in a way?)
Besides Asumi’s swimsuit top, they
also find another, which is stolen by a dolphin that leaps up and grabs it.
Asumi leaves for her part time job,
Yuiga returning the boat. But he realizes when he starts to find a place to
change clothes that he didn’t get his shirt back from Asumi.
The chapter ends as he finds Kirisu,
the person whose swimsuit top was stolen by the dolphin before.
Black Clover 143
Correction: seems that Licht was
referring to William as his one human friend rather than the Wizard King, since
William and Licht are separate personalities with their own memories Also,
William wasn’t given his grimoire by the Wizard King, he just devotes his
grimoire to the Wizard King
Julius thinks to himself that he’d
had suspicions about William since their encounter when the Eye of the Midnight
Sun first attacked Clover Kingdom, William keeping himself hidden since then,
especially with the injury Julius gave him
Licht explains himself further,
saying that William’s scar was a curse from his human family, so the elf wasn’t
affected. They decided to share their body, William understanding Licht’s anger
against humans.
Julius thinks this means Licht
intends to use the magic stones for his plot of revenge against those who
wronged him. Licht deduces that Julius has the remaining Magic Stones with him,
the most reliable place to keep them safe.
The Wizard King is happy that his
friend is so kind, but he still says it’s his duty to stop Licht, but Licht thinks
he won’t win, unleashing his Swords of Light
Julius utilizes Mana Zone,
Chronostasis stopping them in place, saying he can defend even against the
fastest magic around.
The Wizard King is able to dodge
Licht’s attacks, combining his Mana Zone with acceleration of time to enhance
his own movement. He can even see ahead in time ever so slightly, but Licht
persists, managing to wound Julius
There’s a limit to how fast Julius
can dodge, which led to Licht landing a blow on the Wizard King
But Julius retorts that his magic is
able to stockpile time that he’s stolen and he resets time on his wound,
healing it. He says that even though his magic steals time, he wants to make a
world without discrimination, no stealing from others like has been done in the
past (likely humans taking from elves
Licht continues his attack, thinking
he’s gotten an advantage, but Julius appears behind him and then shifts again,
the chapter ending as he tells the leader of the Eye of the Midnight Sun that
he’s seen his future and he can’t win.
Boku no Hero Academia 169
Everyone’s talking about each others’
hobbies, like Ashido’s break-dancing, Sato’s baking and even Jirou’s musical
collection, noted by Kaminari to be fairly comprehensive, like she practices
everyday. But Jirou’s embarrassed at Kaminari bringing it up, leaving the
classroom a bit irritated.
Eraserhead comes into class,
announcing that the school’s having a cultural festival, suddenly more like a
normal school.
Kirishima wonders if they should be
this excited, but Aizawa says that the Cultural Festival is something that
helps with the stress of the Hero Department’s new boarding policy, not to
mention it’s recognizing the other departments, including Support and
Management.
The festival will be somewhat more
contained than before, but Class 1-A still has to pick a program, Iida
overseeing the process to decide a theme
There are all kinds of suggestions,
from a maid café (as well as something more inappropriate from Mineta, which
gets him tied up by Tsuyu again), haunted house, crepe stand, etc. Jirou
suggests a play, everyone’s ideas on the board, one for every student.
Momo and Iida start to cut down the
ideas, taking out the ones that are just generally bad or unrealistic,
combining the food ones
But they’re unable to come to a
consensus, Aizawa saying they need to decide by tomorrow or they’ll just have a
public lecture, boring and predictable
At the dorm, Iida and the others
think they need to make something that helps the other departments, deciding
not to do food themed programs, since Lunch Rush is already considered skilled
The other ideas are rejected for one
reason or another, but Todoroki supports Ashido’s dancing idea, thinking they
could have a place where everyone can cut loose and relax, taking inspiration
from the provisional license exam that he, Bakugou, Inasa and Camie
participated in.
Mineta brings up that even with Ashido
teaching them, they need Jirou’s musical assistance. She’s reluctant to do so,
not thinking it’s a Hero based thing, but Kouda and Hagakure note that it makes
people smile, Jirou agreeing as the chapter ends.
One Piece 893
Katakuri kicks Luffy away as he
screams in pain, wanting to finish him off. He’s angry that Luffy’s losing his
focus, continuing to pummel him.
Flampe laughs to herself, happy at
her older brother showing his strength.
Luffy is beaten and bloodied, Katakuri
saying he was almost impressed with the Rubber Man, but moves to finish him off
with Ginchaku Mochi, like Gum Gum Storm
Flampe moves to use a needle gun to
shoot Luffy, but his Observation Haki is working well enough to dodge, though
he still falls over, the 36th Daughter of the Charlotte Family laughing,
excited at the prospect of Katakuri praising her for helping in his fight.
Katakuri notices this, irritated
that his sister was making it so Luffy would lose his focus and get hit by his
Mochi Thrust from before
To everyone’s shock, he stabs
himself with his Mogura spear, saying that Flampe was wrong to interfere in his
duel. His face twists to the true appearance, Flampe thinking he can’t be her
big brother that she admires.
She spits on him, mocking his
appearance, her subordinates taking his picture as he ignores them, even
Flampe’s threats that she’ll expose him to everyone on Totland.
Katakuri apologizes, but Luffy says
it was his own fault for not noticing the needle and that a fight between
pirates isn’t something that needs fair play
The two unleash Conqueror’s Haki,
knocking out everyone else, the chapter ending as Katakuri acknowledges Luffy’s
strength, the two ready to face off for the conclusion of this fight
Seven
Deadly Sins 252
Elizabeth and Bartra reminisce about when Elizabeth
climbed a tall tree, Bartra climbing after her and falling. That was the first
time her powers activated, but it was also when she realized she might not be
related to her father by blood, hiding her right eye with her bangs since then
Bartra hates the fact that she, Meliodas and even
Margaret have been caught up in all this, Elizabeth promising to help her
sister, embracing Bartra as she asks that they have this familial bond for the
last 2 days she has to live
Griamore and Dreyfus catch up, still trying to get a
handle around Margaret being possessed by a Goddess and Hendricksen’s odd
behavior, chalked up to being a devoted Druid
Dreyfus warns Griamore not to praise the Goddess
clan too much, Fraudrin having told him those in the higher ranks can brainwash
people. He also says they shouldn’t fully hate the Demon Clan, justified
somewhat in their hatred of people slaughtering their kind in the war
Elsewhere, Rueduciel addresses the Holy Knights,
welcoming them into Stigma and saying they will be protected by the Four
Archangels. Hendrickson asks about where the 4th Archangel is, the other
Goddesses irritated that the question was even brought up
But Deathpierce and the other Pleiades step into the
meeting, saying they cannot trust the Goddess Clan, especially with Denzel having
died by offering his body up to Nerobasta
Rueduciel acknowledges that such sacrifice is
something the Goddess Clan can relate to, having lost many of their own in the
ancient war. As a final parting gift, they offer a Breath of Blessing upon the
Pleiades
The power granted to them and the kindness of
Rueduciel changes the Pleiades’ minds, joining in fellowship with the Goddess
Clan to avenge their fallen friends
The chapter ends as Rueduciel reveals that the 4th
Archangel was Mael, but he has long since died, killed by the Ten Commandments
