Boku no Hero Academia 76
Deku’s punch causes massive damage
to the cliff and knocks Kouta back, almost pushing him off the cliff. He’s
caught, Deku grabbing his shirt with his mouth, since both arms are now broken
from the fight.
As they move to retreat, we see the
Muscle Villain created a wall of fibers to protect himself, Deku losing hope
that he could beat him at all.
Deku demands to know why he’s doing
this, but the Villain says he’s just here to destroy and use his Quirk to its
full power, revealing he’s been holding back since they met and replaces his
eye with a black one to show he’s serious.
With Kouta on his back, Deku manages
to leap away and dodge the first attack, but the follow up causes rubble to
fall
After they avoid the rocks, Deku stands up,
resolving to fight in spite of his injuries. He tells Kouta to run while he
holds the Villain off here.
Kouta tells him he shouldn’t have to
do this, especially since he’s nearly rendered powerless now.
Deku rushes forward, punching with
his broken arm, the attack doing next to nothing as the Muscle villain
continues to pummel him into the ground. Deku persists, Kouta seeing how much
pain he’s enduring just to keep him safe.
Kouta blasts him with water to
distract the Villain, which gives Deku enough time to unlock even more power,
going further than even All Might did a while back with 1000% power punches,
pushing it up to 1000000%, smashing him with such force he’s knocked back and
crashes into the mountain
The chapter ends as Kouta remembers
what Mandalay told him about how his parents’ sacrifice shows the value of
Heroes and that she’d do the same to keep him safe. Deku is screaming as
Kouta’s mind has begun to shift towards Heroes.
Seven Deadly Sins 159
Arthur retches at the taste of the
Earthcrawler Meliodas prepared, but the Sin of Wrath thinks he’s referring to
his cooking in general, since Merlin probably told him at some point.
The King of Camelot thinks he owes
Merlin a great debt and still feels he must repay her, Meliodas commenting she
doesn’t really care about that sort of thing.
But before he can finish that
thought, he senses something.
We shift to Elizabeth healing
Hauser’s wounds with her power, the others amazed. Diane even thinks the power
of the Druids the princess wields could help Matrona’s children.
Elizabeth also senses something,
apparently her and Meliodas sharing some sort of bond that pierces even the
magical barriers of the labyrinth. Arthur is curious at this, since he can’t
sense anything, but the link between the two is strong enough that Meliodas
trusts in it unwaveringly.
As they move to try to get around
the wall, they smell something great, turning out to be Earthcrawler meat
prepared by someone. They notice the scent and even taste it, discovering it’s
fantastic.
The person who made it is,
unsurprisingly, Ban, well known for his cooking prowess.
The rivals clash briefly, Meliodas
demonstrating that his power from 10 years ago has truly returned, Ban
remembering it well compared to when they met at the prison early in the manga,
comparable in scale
After an arm wrestling match, which
Ban wins quickly and easily, he explains that he came here because of Escanor’s
errand of bringing wine to Vaizel.
Meliodas is more shocked when Ban
says he’s with Elaine, but he also congratulates his friend for being reunited
with his love.
Ban still thinks Meliodas is too
casual and forgiving for what he tried to do when Hendricksen attacked Liones.
Meliodas wonders where the two are,
thinking they have to go find them together. With the Sin of Greed and Wrath
reconciled, the chapter ends as they head off into the labyrinth.
World Trigger 129
The agents outside HQ are barely
managing to hold off the Idras, Ninomiya’s guidance keeping them ahead
slightly. They’re commanded to get around their defenses with superior
mobility, keeping them occupied with directed assaults and also targeting
weaker areas to pierce through.
They think that the Idras aren’t as
much of a threat as they could be because the enemy isn’t responding directly.
But a few isolated Idras start to
use more precise tactics, targeting the agents in blind spots. But other agents
defend them. Yomi tells Regindetz that he’ll distract them so they can break
their formation.
Kako thinks she should help the
stationary team, but Arashiyama says she needs to stay at the frontlines to
maintain their advantage.
Futaba goes with Kitora to take out
the faster Idras, while Sasamori is supported by Tsui to keep Suwa and Tsutsuji
safe in the meantime.
Futaba and Kitora use combination
tactics to overwhelm the Idras controlled by Yomi, but Amo notices the power of
another Idras increases. HQ starts to speculate how they’re doing this,
thinking it could be a Trigger or people controlling them.
Futaba goes after the next Idras,
but Yomi has managed to perceive that her Idaten-High Speed Slash has a
predetermined path, so he generates a sword in the area where she’ll be, the
attack slightly wounding the agent.
We’re told that Yomi has a Side
Effect of “Perfect Parallel Processing”, which explains how he can control 2
Idras with similar levels of power without dividing his attention.
Netsuki wonders if they should send
out Shinoda, but he says their formation is tougher by comparison, so they just
have to rely on the agents to properly carry out their tasks.
The chapter ends as we see the fight
between Kumagai/Rei v. Wan as well as Yoneya/Miwa v. Koskero, seemingly the
more important ones.
Bleach 661
Uryuu tells Ichigo and the others to
leave while he holds off Jugram, but the other half of Juhabach reveals that
the Sun Gates have been destroyed, having seen this coming with the Almighty
power.
As Jugram moves to attack them, he
comments that he should finish this before Juhabach awakens.
Uryuu pieces this together, telling
Ichigo that this is their best chance to attack Juhabach, since he’s powerless
in his slumber. The Quincy will hold off Jugram while they go to the highest
area of the castle. He tells Ichigo he doesn't have to worry, since he doesn't want to let these be his last words to his friends.
In spite of them leaving, Jugram
doesn’t pursue Ichigo’s group, Uryuu asking why. Jugram says that it’s because
he knows they will be defeated.
Uryuu contends that they can change
fate, even observing that Jugram seems to not fully grasp the powers the Almighty
gives, since he was surprised in a way at Uryuu’s appearance. The two begin to
clash as we shift to Ichigo’s group moving up the stairs.
Orihime confides in Ichigo that
she’s relieved, since hearing it from Uryuu confirms her suspicions that he was
never a traitor.
The group is attacked by giant
statues, Chad blocking one before it strikes Ichigo. The resulting blast
separates the two, Chad saying he can handle this.
Suddenly, Chad sees Ganju appear
from under the floor, having followed them. He thinks these statues won’t stand
against his techniques.
The pair notes how Ichigo is
resolved to finish this and they just have to clear the way for when he
returns, the chapter concluding on them standing off against the giant
soldiers.
One Piece 815
Pekoms explains that Sanji’s family
is the leader of Germa 66, an organization rumored to exist, but regarded by
many as nothing more than an urban legend.
Luffy says he doesn’t really care,
just wanting to know if Sanji is coming back. He doesn’t even mind if his
nakama gets married.
He demands Pekoms and Big Mam’s crew
serve under him, reversing the relationship, but Pekoms says he shouldn’t take
a Yonkou lightly.
The Mink notes that Sanji couldn’t
refuse the invitation, because Big Mam would’ve killed someone he loved and
sent their head to him as a reminder.
To conclude the discussion, Pekoms
says that while the Straw Hats as a whole won’t have to join, the marriage will
bind Sanji to Big Mam’s family, like the other crew members are by creating
bonds of like nature.
Luffy rejects this notion, asking
what the Big Mam pirate will do. Pekoms responds that once he heals, he’s going
back to get revenge on Capone.
The Straw Cat captain says he’ll go
with Pekoms, trying to sneak into the marriage party somehow.
As he leaves to get Chopper, Zoro
stops him, telling his captain that he needs to leave Sanji alone.
Usopp, Chopper and Robin meet up
with Luffy, Catviper also wanting to see the famous pirate, giving him a big
hug in gratitude and exacerbating his wounds again.
Trafalgar’s crew arrives, Luffy
brushing off the other members of the Heart Pirates, since they’re not really
of importance to the alliance in his eyes.
After they explain the situation to
Law, they consider the possibility that both Mam and Kaidou will find their
location and target Zou again, destroying the society for good.
The threat is forgotten for the moment
as the Mink and Straw Hats party late into the night.
Brook, Robin and Franky stand guard
at the border of Zou to keep watch out for Kinemon and Kanjurou, since the
presence of samurai, part of the reason for the country being attacked, would
just complicate things more
The next morning, Kanjurou, Kinemon
and their monkey companion, simply called Ete, arrive, the Straw Hats fallen
asleep.
Ete rushes away to deliver a message
as the chapter ends, the monkey clearly panicked at the situation.

Jiji’s explanation starts by noting that
the ancestors of the Nitro had prepared gourmet ingredients since ancient
times, at least 5 billion years ago.
Even Earth falls under this
cultivation, being given Gourmet Cells and waiting over aeons. The only
difference is in how they introduced stress to increase the flavor. The Gourmet
Eclipse was a way to reduce sunlight temporarily every few centuries to
stimulate the Earth to become even more savory and delicious.
But other planets besides Earth had
demons called Livestock that directly applied stress to the inhabitants,
creating a flavor from their despair and shock of being eaten. Among those
Livestock was NEO, who was regarded as a failure, weak and simple, seemingly
unable to do the basic functions the others did.
He was left behind after they had
finished work on a particular planet, not caring about his wellbeing, since he
wasn’t any real benefit to the Blue Nitro.
We see the Gourmet Demon slowly
begin to kill some ants, consuming them and sensing an overwhelming and intense
flavor. He does the same to other monsters and confirmed something he had
observed before: creatures have the best flavor when they die, likely connected
to the dopamine they secreted to suppress the pain of dying.
This habit persisted, NEO growing
stronger, destroying more and more planets over time, some easily as massive as
Earth is now and having hundreds of millions of years put into cultivating
them.
The chapter ends as we’re told that
this was only the beginning of NEO’s growth and rise to become something
unstoppable by even the Blue Nitro.
Fairy Tail 471
As Jacob moves to fight Acnologia, August tells him
to stop, since the only person who could hope to defeat him would be Zeref if
he acquired Fairy Heart. He says they must get to Fairy Tail and acquire Lumen
Histoire to give to their master.
Meanwhile, Natsu is still unconscious, Lucy keeping
watch over him. Freed has managed to recover enough to check on his fellow
guild members, Evergreen, Bixlow and Ichiya are all still resting, but Laxus
has gone with Erza and the others to Hargeon to assist the guilds there.
Erza’s group is preparing to rest for the night,
nearly to Hargeon. Gray rejects Juvia’s two person sleeping bag. Charle reminds
Erza that she needs to be rested the most, Wendy serving as her healer to get
her to fighting condition.
Laxus left the group behind, sitting elsewhere. Gray
approaches him, noticing that he’s still suffering from when he inhaled anti
magic particles a year ago. The Lightning Dragon Slayer tells him to keep it
secret from the others and that it’s only a temporary thing, saying he’ll
recover in no time.
The others are sleeping as we shift to Gajeel’s
group, most of them resting as well.
Levi talks to Gajeel, both them unable to
sleep. She thinks it’s because she’s
scared, since she’s not as strong as the others. Gajeel tells her she’s “under
arrest” for complaining as he creates a makeshift jail by summoning iron rods
around her, Levi agreeing that she needs to be strong with her friends
supporting her.
The next day, Mermaid Heel and Lamia Scale redouble
their efforts to fight, Dimaria deciding she’ll target Sherria (which is
apparently the official spelling now, rather than Chelia).
She rips the Sky God Slayer’s clothes off as before,
but instead of just letting her suffer, she moves to kill the healer of the
group.
Wendy appears suddenly, kicking the sword mage in
the face to protect her friend.
The others move to support the two guilds that stood
to protect Fairy Tail and the continent as a whole, thanking them for putting
in this work for everyone’s sake. Gray and Juvia support Lyon, while Erza teams
up with Kagura.
Icht is impressed, but is attacked from behind by
Laxus, who wants to get revenge for the Thunder God Tribe being defeated by
Wahru.
But Wahru says he doesn’t recognize them, grabbing
one of Laxus’ arms and seemingly slicing it off at the elbow as the chapter
ends
