Should have Boku no Hero and World
Trigger next week
Seven Deadly Sins 156
Elizabeth greets Diane, but Hawk
tells her that the giantess has amnesia and doesn’t remember them.
The Druid Princess explains who she
is and how Diane and she are connected. But Diane doesn’t believe her,
remembering how Liones betrayed her and nearly killed Matrona centuries ago.
Elizabeth and Hawk trail behind
Diane in spite of being told not to follow her, insisting they’re just going in
the same direction. The houses scattered through the labyrinth suggest it was
done with no regard to the safety of the people in the area.
Diane offers the pair the
opportunity to take the lead, Hawk tricked by her into getting knocked into the
air, battered around by the magic walls in the labyrinth that prevent escape.
The ground splits open as Elizabeth
goes to Hawk, the two saved by Diane as they look down, seeing that the
villagers were killed on the spikes in the chasm.
The Sin of Envy says she won’t do it
again, since this was an exception due to it happening right in front of her,
showing she’s still good natured.
The two groups split off as Hawk
finds some berries.
Diane is surprised by a swamp area,
giant leeches attacking her. Elizabeth swims into the swamp to save her, even
pulling one of the leeches off her friend.
Elizabeth insists she did it because
they’re friends, Diane starting to believe her. Hawk offers berries that they
picked, Diane thanking the princess.
The chapter ends as Meliodas appears
before them, but then reveals there are multiple versions of him and they’re
hostile, meaning this isn’t his Sacred Treasure’s power, but some illusion or
magical conjuration.
Magi 291
Sinbad is reminded by Jafar at his
office that Kou’s loan will eventually catch up to them and they will be the
first country of that size to go bankrupt. The president is contacted by
Kougyoku, but Alibaba is on the line instead.
He’s still in awe at the
technological advances, but then focuses on what he contacted Sinbad for.
Kougyoku’s position makes him sympathetic to her feelings, since she thinks
she’s responsible for making people suffer when it was Sinbad’s fault for
creating a world where only trade matters and giving money to Kou in hopes that
they could improve when it’s well known they excelled in warfare, not
economics.
Sinbad responds that this world is
better compared to one where war was rampant, since people can now control wars
much more competently.
But Alibaba retorts that the major
problem is that he’s not taking people’s situations into account: only the
people in the Kou government had any real capacity for trading and the like,
while the rest of the people subsisted on profits and an economy based on
slavery and military conquest rather than exports and imports or the like.
He further emphasizes that the
situation Sinbad set up was practically designed in his favor, since he had
experience with a trading company and innovation with regards to finance and business,
while Kou suffered migration that left people desperate to do anything for
survival, including the revolutionary movements from soldiers without jobs or
the slums of Kou that subsist because of general profits rather than new
companies creating real change.
Alibaba demands that Sinbad delay
the restitution of the debt from Kou for a year, freezing the interest as well
so they can gain back the necessary capital and pay them back in full. Sinbad
says that’d be special treatment, but Alibaba notes that his father, Rashid,
helped Sinbad become who he was and suggests that Sinbad give him special
treatment in return for his father’s kindness.
Sinbad agrees, his subordinates
impressed that someone could talk to him with such confidence. Even Jafar thinks
that he’s become more capable than 3 years ago, especially in regards to
bargaining. The debt Sinbad owes to Kougyoku comes to the king of the 7 seas’
mind, saying that he’ll let Alibaba do as he pleases for now.
Alibaba notes that he only mimicked
what he learned from Budel, adjusting it slightly with the situation and what
he knew beforehand. But as he says he’ll help Kougyoku, Ka Koubun reminds him
that he’s the prime minister and he holds the political power, the princess
just a figurehead.
But Kougyoku invokes her own
authority, making Alibaba the prime minister, Ka Koubun demoted to his advisor.
The group resolves to make Kou
stronger, Alibaba first needing to learn everything he can to help Kougyoku
restore the country her brothers gave her to its former glory as the chapter
ends.
Bleach 658
Askin reminds Yoruichi that her
friends are in danger as he reiterates that, with his Death Dealing power, he’s
immune to her reiatsu. Yuushirou’s follow up Shunkou is negated, Askin noting
that he’s already immune to that same attack, firing arrows into the Soul
Reaper as he falls over.
Yoruichi is left alone to fight
against this opponent as he says she realized too late what his ability was.
Meanwhile, Gerard is gloating over
his victory, Hiyori and Hachi hiding from him. But the Miracle notices them,
attacking where they are. Hiyori appears behind him, saying that all his
speeches are pointless to her, speaking like he’s a god.
She fires a Cero with her Visored
mask, Gerard saying it’s pointless as he easily blocks it. But Love, Lisa and
Hachi appear with the distraction giving them enough time to attack him all at
once with kidou and Zanpakutou.
The Miracle still knocks them all
away, thinking this is so boring he might die from that alone.
As he moves to strike the ground,
his arm is frozen, the chapter ending as we see Toushirou, revived by Mayuri
before, is back at full power and ready to fight the giant.
One Piece 812
Capone and Pekoms enter Zou, the
Mink confused as to where everyone is, thinking the Straw Hats had something to
do with it.
Meanwhile, we see that Nami’s new
clothes are a gift from the Minks, Wanda taking hers, which explains why she
was wearing them when Luffy’s group met her.
Sanji is flirting with the Mink
women as to be expected. He rebuffs the males, not interested in them, and
infatuated by Nami’s new outfit.
Momonosuke is still alone in his
room, staying in his dragon form because it’s preferable to being outed as a
samurai. Caesar is still making medicine for the people begrudgingly.
Pekoms arrives, overjoyed that his
friends and family are safe, having been told by the other Minks that it was
thanks to the Straw Hats and cursing the Beast Pirates under Kaido.
Caesar realizes who’s here and begs
them not to hand him over, since he lied to Big Mam and took payment when he
didn’t actually further any of the research she requested of him. Sanji says he
was their trump card against Doflamingo, but since he was defeated by Luffy,
Caesar isn’t really of much use to them anymore.
Sanji and Brook go to meet with
Capone and Pekoms, the Mink thanking them for saving his homeland. The Straw
Hats tell them to leave, since they’re making people anxious after the attack
from Jack’s group.
Their mission was to get Caesar and
something related to the Straw Hats, but Pekoms is willing to let the latter
objective slide and lie to their leader. Capone won’t have any of this,
shooting Pekoms and saying he’s useless as a pirate for letting his emotions
get the better of his reason.
The captain of the Bege Pirates
unleashes his crew with his Devil Fruit power, which is revealed to be the
Castle Castle Fruit.
With so many people on his side,
Capone says Sanji and the other should surrender. Nami and Chopper are shown to
have been captured after following them, Caesar intimidated by the threat of
Seastone Bullets.
The group, inside the Castle of
Capone’s power, is offered some refreshments, but Sanji demands to know what
this is about.
The chapter concludes as Capone
reveals an invitation to a wedding party, Sanji, the 3rd son of the Vinsmoke
family to wed Big Mam’s daughter, Purin, 35th daughter of the Charlotte family.
Toriko 354
Toriko and Starjun’s Gourmet Cell
Demons come out, unleashing attacks that send the piece of NEO that’s attacking
them into the air.
But the pair is shocked to see the
Gourmet Demon release tentacles, rooting itself to the ground and trying to
withstand the attack in midair.
The attack is slightly deflected to
the side, NEO’s fragment rushing at them again.
The Battle Wolf sniffs slightly,
apparently causing NEO to lose focus and fall to the ground. Guinness then
follows it up by walking to the fallen monster and stepping on it with one great
stomp.
Toriko and Starjun, in spite of
rooting themselves to the ground with Fork and Knives from their feet, are
still pushed back a ways by the force of the attack, which creates a massive
crater.
The two wonder why the Wolf King
attacked, thinking it must’ve been a strong enough opponent to warrant such
power.
Guinness is seen peeing on the area,
Toriko thinking it must be marking the territory where GOD will come up.
But the chapter ends as both Toriko
and Starjun are affected by the same unknown ability that knocked out NEO
before, both of them fainting as Guinness sniffs around again.
Fairy Tail 468
Lucy weeps on Aquarius, overjoyed to see her Stellar
Spirit that she thought was gone forever.
Aquarius explains that there’s limited time, since
after the year since the key was destroyed, a new one was generated and the
Spirit King decided to open up the gate temporarily.
The Stellar Spirit is a bit annoyed at Brandish not
greeting her, since they played together in the past when her mother had the
key.
Brandish is motivated to do whatever she can to
please Aquarius, who reminds her that since Lucy is her master, the Spriggan
must also be subservient to her.
Brandish insists she cannot forgive Layla, Aquarius
reminding her that Lucy is not responsible for what her mother did, but also
saying that she can show them that Layla didn’t kill Grami.
The 3 are teleported into the Spirit World, Lucy and
Brandish becoming mermaids for some reason.
They’re in what’s called the Memory of the Stars, a
log of events connected to the Stellar Spirits that goes back centuries.
We’re shown a projection of Anna, Lucy’s ancient
ancestor from 400 years ago.
Zeref, the peaceful dragons and the Stellar Spirit
mages all collaborated on a plan to send warriors to the future to defeat
Acnologia. This required Anna and Layla to maintain the gates in the past and
present respectively so that they will remain stable for the time travel, the
duty passing down through the family, succeeding in Layla’s generation
Layla managed to bring all the keys together but
Aquarius, since Grami had moved to Arakitashia.
Instead, Layla had to use part of her life force to
substitute for it, which made her already weak body weaker through magic
deficiency disease. Grami returned, apologetic for what she had done and
returning the key which she felt unworthy to have.
Layla says she can no longer use Stellar Spirit
magic, Grami offering to give it to Lucy instead.
As she leaves, Zoldio, the keeper of Capricorn,
stabbed Grami, blaming her for Layla’s disease. Grami says she’ll atone for
this with her life, demanding that her friend spare Brandish.
Lucy embraces Brandish as she weeps for her mother’s
death and the revelation of who did it, Lucy hoping they can become friends now.
The chapter ends, Aquarius interrupted before she
can tell Lucy something as Happy reveals that Natsu has fallen unconscious and
won’t wake up, possibly connected to his fight with Zeref or his status as an
Etherious.
