it’s not unexpected, since it’s only scanlated by one major group to my

Boku no Hero Academia 69
Shigaraki is fuming at how Stain has
been getting all the attention while he’s doing more to get recognized. Even
people that don’t really follow his ideals, like Himiko and Dabi, are idolizing
him. He thinks they’re both just destroying what they hate, so he can’t figure
out what distinguishes them in the public eye.
The Villain tells Deku they should
just act like they’re friends. His Quirk only activates if all five fingers
touch something, so he’s holding one back to keep Deku in check.
Deku says that if he killed him,
there’d be Heroes swarming the area. But Shigaraki retorts that in the time
it’d take them to capture him, he could take out 30 people in this crowded
area, women, children, anyone.
Shigaraki explains his frustrations
to Deku, demanding to know why Stain is more popular than he is in spite of all
he’s done.
While this conversation is going on,
Ochako is thinking that she doesn’t have to complicate things and just hang out
with Deku, not going along with Aoyama’s thought that she likes him.
Deku thinks that Stain is popular
because, despite both he and Shigaraki both being evil, Stain has a purpose, a
reason behind his actions. Both Deku and Stain admire All Might and his
attitude of protecting people inspired both of them. They follow that in their
worldview, Stain even saving Deku once.
The major difference in Deku’s
opinion is that Stain is living by ideals, while Shigaraki seems to be doing
things on a whim.
This revelation involving All Might
sparks something in Shigaraki, thinking all this goes back to the #1 Hero. He
thanks Deku for this, thinking to himself that he can use Stain’s hatred of All
Might as a stepping stone to achieving his own goals.
Ochako notices Deku with Shigaraki
restraining him, Deku trying to tell her to get away.
Shigaraki then acts normal again,
leaving them, telling Deku that he shouldn’t follow him.
Deku tries to ask him about All For
One’s goals, but Shigaraki says that he should worry about meeting him again
instead, since he’ll die next time.
The chapter ends as Shigaraki gains
a new resolve, saying that he’s had convictions, but never realized what they
were: now he seeks to rid the world of All Might and cause such chaos to show
people how weak justice is.
Seven Deadly Sins 152
Matrona is watching her adoptive
children hunt, both deciding to go to the river and catch a fish. She wants to
go with them, but her husband tells her that they’ll be fine, since the river
is shallow and she should go get Diane, since he notices she hasn’t eaten
anything since morning.
Diane is still practicing her
dancing, not understanding how Matrona explained it, but nonetheless getting to
the core of it in her own way, even causing a seed to sprout as she continues.
She panics as it seems like the
earth has come up like a wave to crush her, but Matrona calls out for her,
breaking the giantess out of her vision, which seems to have just been a
feeling more than reality.
As they head back, they see another
bird monster, having attacked the children.
Matrona rushes to punch it, but it
dodges. She throws rocks into the air, piercing through it and then crushing it
into a tiny boulder.
The children are recovering, Zarupa
noting that the wounds are fairly severe and they may not pull through. Matrona
decides to head to Vaizel (apparently the official spelling of what was
originally rendered as Byzel), to enter the tournament, since the winner is
promised any wish.
Zarupa and Diane both think it’s
suspicious, but Matrona responds that this is her only option now.
Matrona prays to Dolor (previously
rendered as Droll because of how confusing katakana in Japanese can be), the
god of the giants as they head to Vaizel.
The unknown tentacle Ten Commandment
senses the various powerful souls coming to Vaizel, but the giant demon
observes how Merascylla and Galan have both been defeated/killed, the smaller
demon impressed at who she calls Balor and his ability (likely connected to the
Balor’s Eye we’ve seen previously).
He tells her not to call him by the
humans’ title, the tentacle demon correcting herself and referring to him as
Dolor, the chapter ending on this revelation of him as apparently the original
giant.
World Trigger 123
Osamu leaves, thanking Kitora for
her advice and assistance and resolving to develop strategies moreso with his
team now.
Hikari, Arashiyama’s Operator, is
happy that Osamu progressed somewhat, also commenting that Kitora is always
especially strict on Mikumo. Kitora says that it’s because if you’re too kind
with people, it can backfire on them.
Meanwhile, we find out part of the
reason Kako tried to recruit Kuga: their squad only accepts talented people
whose surname starts with the letter K. Yuma asks why they didn’t ask Kakizaki,
but Kako says he’s not their type.
She emphasizes that being in their
team will give him more of an advantage to get to the Neighborhood, but Yuma
declines, Kako jokingly saying she’ll force him.
Kageura arrives, having arranged to
fight with Yuma. But Osamu calls Yuma back, the Neighbor leaving the higher
ranked agents for now, as has almost become a pattern (esp. with Yoneya).
Osamu is talking to Izumi about
strategies, Izumi noting that he’ll be the commentator for the next round, so
he hopes Osamu will give him a good showing of his skills.
Meanwhile, Katori squad’s leader
complains about them getting defense duty on the day of their match. But she
also thinks Tamakoma 2 and Kakizaki won’t be much of an issue, only irritated
that her teammate, Miura, brings up Kako squad trying to recruit Kuga from
Tamakoma 2 and not her, even though they both have “K” in their names.
Their operator, Hana, chastises them
for griping about that and tells them to keep at their duties.
The Trion Soldier they destroyed has
a new type inside it, a Dog, made for scouting.
The Galopoula soldiers think that
Meeden is decent, though they observe that Katori squad is somewhere in the
middle of strength, Yoneya from Miwa squad noted to be stronger by comparison.
They can’t move much in their
missions now, since they’ll be caught by the cameras, but they decide that
their best moment to strike is during shift switches, the next one coming up at
dusk. Their target is the expedition ship going to the Neighborhood.
Jin’s Side Effect activates, telling
Shinoda they need to start their defense of HQ.
He also warns Konami that she should
keep an eye on Tachikawa, since he sees a future where he may die, commenting
on how this new enemy might be more dangerous than they expected as the chapter
ends.

Bleach 654
Slight translation issue that makes
more sense with Viz’s rendering: Nanao’s mother was talking about Shunsui’s
brother fighting Hollows, not herself, with regards to the hairpins giving her
courage. Nanao’s family was emphasized to be about rituals, so it doesn’t jive
with them fighting Hollows like most Soul Reapers would.
As Lille Barro’s body falls apart, plummeting
down to Seireitei, Nanao nearly collapses. Shunsui moves to head back to where
the others are, but falls over, exhausted.
The rain of light from the Ex Axis
pierces through the Shakonmaku, hitting various areas. Some spirits are damaged
as Lille Barro starts to reconstitute himself, having lost his halo which gave
him the majority of his powers, his form now twisted into something more
grotesque.
He starts to rampage, saying that he’ll
have to raze Soul Society to the ground to make recompense for him losing his
holy powers.
Suddenly, he’s slashed by an unknown
assailant, revealed to be Izuru, who Lille thought to be dead. The Quincy is
pushed back, Kira confused at how he’s alive, though he seems to have been
modified in some way, so the exact circumstances are still unknown. The
remnants of the Ex Axis continue to amass as Kira moves to fight them.
The chapter ends as we see Gerard
being challenged by Byakuya and Renji’s assault, saying that if he manages to beat
them, it’d be a miracle, suggesting the nature of his power.
One Piece 809
Robin starts to piece together the
flow of the gas weapon’s production: Caesar creating it, Doflamingo
distributing it and Kaidou utilizing it in his conquests.
Duke Inuarashi takes an interest in
Luffy’s straw hat, noticing it from his days when he met Shanks. Suddenly, he
falls asleep, everyone confused. Wanda explains that Inuarashi and Nekomamushi
have an awkward relationship, now more contentious than ever, though they used
to be good friends.
It turns out the expression of
“ruler of the day and night” was very literal, the two splitting their hours
into those sections, even the people of the kingdom more diurnal, while the
forest protectors are nocturnal.
We flashback to the invasion, Wanda
revealed to be one of the Musketeer Squad under the main 3 that protect Inuarashi.
He protects her from one of the Gifters’ attacks, Inuarashi appearing to
confront Jack.
He tells the pirate to search the
island, but cease their destruction. But the Drought refuses, striking at
Inuarashi, who manages to block the attack with little effort, shocking the
Kaido Pirates.
Jack is revealed to have a bounty of
1 Billion Berry, Inuarashi retreating as they heard Nekomamushi arriving,
prioritizing safety over numbers.
The ruler of the night appears,
Jack’s attack turned against him as Nekomamushi shoulder tosses him on the
ground.
He tells the pirate that there’s no
way a warrior of Wano could be here, since he’d have already eaten him.
The chapter ends as Jack stands up,
seemingly ready to counterattack.

Toriko 350
Correction on Toriko from last week:
the food that goes into Whale King Moon’s stomach doesn’t become Food Spirits,
but Spirit/Soul Ingredients that the Food Spirits wish to consume
Komatsu realizes something as he’s
preparing the food, the other chefs stunned as he takes on so many Food
Spirits. Without ANOTHER, the food’s flavor is lacking, so he needs to prepare
it first.
The fact that ANOTHER appears before
Don Slime isn’t the amazing part, but that it’s a full grown ANOTHER. They
explain that ANOTHER’s original body is somewhere else, but various pieces came
off, one eventually maturing. Kaka thinks it appeared because it wanted to be
prepared by Komatsu.
Komatsu thanks Kaka for her help in
telling him how to prepare PAIR, wondering if she’s okay after being attacked
before. She says she’s essentially fine no matter how many times he attacks her
in the Spirit World.
The chefs come to the Spirit
Kitchen, Don Slime leaving to find Ichiryuu’s soul while the others are told
how long it will take to scale and gut the fish that surpassed the speed of
light, 150,000 years just for that process.
Komatsu says that he can prepare it
a different way, likely speaking to ANOTHER directly as he manages to speed up
the cooking so that they just have to wait around 15 years for the stewing of
ANOTHER.
He asks about why Asarudy and the
others wear their masks, the 10 Shell 5 saying that they’ve long forgotten
their original faces, wearing the masks for consistency.
Komatsu thinks that the true nature
of ANOTHER isn’t unlocking new flavors, but recollecting ones already
remembered from ages ago by the Gourmet Cells. The others think that’d be nice
if it were true as he proceeds to shave the cooking time down by massive
amounts.
Even with all his effort, the amount
of time they experienced was 65 years, the chapter ending on ANOTHER’s
preparation finally complete.
Fairy Tail 464
Everyone from Alvareth is stunned, though Invel
tells the soldiers that Zeref’s true identity is that of the Black Mage, not the
Spriggan Emperor, already aware of it for some reason.
Natsu requests that everyone else get away,
including Happy, who notices that Natsu is planning to use his trump card from
the start as he’s unwrapping his right arm.
Zeref says that his side should keep a few
kilometers of distance from him. Invel protests, but Zeref says this is
something only he can do.
The two square off, Natsu saying they won’t hand
over Mavis. But Zeref responds that this only came about because they couldn’t
kill him, Natsu confused at that.
The Flame Dragon Slayer reveals his arm, a dragon
tattoo on it as his magic power surges, Zeref in awe at it.
Natsu initiates the fight with a flaming punch,
knocking Zeref back. The Black Mage fires a dark ball of energy, which Natsu
negates with a burst of flames.
Zeref is in shock at Natsu being able to stop his
magic, Natsu rushing at him with a powerful punch, noticeably hurting Zeref as
he slams him even harder with a follow up blow.
He continues to pummel the Dark Mage, but Zeref
quickly counterattacks, knocking the Dragon Slayer back.
Zeref’s impressed with Natsu’s strength, the Flame
Dragon Slayer explaining that this power is something that he’s inherited from
Igneel, which took 10 months of training to unlock. Once he uses the full power,
it can’t be regenerated, unlike his other magic that was taught to him.
He initiates Blaze Dragon King Mode, Zeref hopeful
that this magic might be able to kill him once and for all.
The chapter ends as he accepts his death, Natsu’s
attack landing and seemingly incinerating him.
