One new series in February 2020 (more to come, Jump has 11 on average a year), Guardian of the Witch by Asahi Sakano. In a world where people must depend on witches to fight against the monstrous Evils that threaten the walled cities, Fafner, a Guardian of one such witch, Manafsa, learns that witches are artificially created by injected seeds from Evils and surviving the process by luck. He’s told to kill her, but, instead of doing so, he vows to protect her and make the world safe so witches don’t have to suffer alongside the people, like his family killed by Evils in the past.

World Trigger 191

While Yuba is drawn into a fight with all of Ninomiya Squad, Yuma manages to defeat Obishima with a cleverly placed Grasshopper trap among Osamu’s Spider wires that he pulls her into.

Dr. Stone 137-140

Senkuu manages to outwit Ibara, even after Ibara shows that he’s able to counter their strategies. Using the speaker that Ryusui attached before he was petrified by Ibara using the device, Senkuu activates it and petrifies Ibara, contacted by Ruri and the others as he sits on the island, not quite alone

Everyone is revived by Senkuu, including Kirisame, after he revives Chrome, the group contacting Ruri after making repairs to the ship. They’ve been getting an odd message in Senkuu’s voice that uses the petrification device command to cover the diameter of the entire earth, bringing further mysteries to the table

The voice is noted by Ukyo to be artificial in nature and after investigating further with the signal’s source, it’s discovered to be from the moon, Senkuu deciding they must go there next

Soyuz stays behind to revive others, having memorized the formula for revival fluid, Kirisame leaving with the others to gather materials for the rocket. But first stop will be reviving Tsukasa with the petrification device enabling him to be petrified and then revived with recovery of injuries.

We Never Learn 145-148

Yuiga, after talking briefly with Kobayashi and Omori about how he needs to sort out the love confession, goes to his dad’s grave, remembering when he was feeling down and Uruka decides to make him smile, also tying back into his sister feeling bad

Mizuki is convinced to go back to school after competing with Uruka in swimming, wanting to find something to motivate her like Uruka does, practicing day and night. In the present, Yuiga’s dad appears to him in a vision, convincing him that he does love Uruka. And it seems Uruka has to get on a morning flight to get to the swim meet, but will miss graduation in the process

Yuiga is approached by Rizu and Fumino, both pressing him about his feelings and what he wants to do in life. He decides that he wants to meet with Uruka (to give her a response?), Fumino and Rizu distracting the teachers as he heads off to the airport

Yuiga gets help from Mafuyu and Asumi to get to the airport, finally encountering Uruka before she’s about to leave, to give his response to her confession.

 

My Hero Academia 259-261

Endeavor, with Hawks’ hints, has mobilized the Heroes to attack 3 different locations with Class 1-A and 1-B assisting as well. The primary target for the Paranormal Liberation Front is the hospital where Dr. Ujiko is, Endeavor confronting him

It turns out the Ujiko encountered is a double from Twice, but #5 Hero Mirko blasts through Noumu and finds the doctor’s secret lab before he can teleport himself and Shigaraki away

Another Noumu covers for Ujiko to activate the High Ends still in capsules to hold off the Heroes, Mirko hurt in the clash. But as Crust arrives to assist, the other heroes still facing countless lesser Noumu, Mirko is still ready to fight and chase Ujiko

Fire Force 205-207

Arthur’s sword is forged by Vulcan, Obi telling him about the upcoming battle with the Evangelist’s forces and Arthur’s parents disappear as quickly as they appear, going on another journey

Shinra undergoes training to unlock his third eye with Shinmon, who says he personally could never attain such things, but Shinra seems to access Adolla and meet Sho yet again

Sho, freed from Haumea’s mind control, tries to leave the Nether, avoiding the others, but Arrow insists she must follow her duty, which is identical with her will, and protect the Pillar. Haumea doesn’t even care, saying the Cataclysm will happen regardless of where he is.

One Piece 970-972

Oden manages to wound Kaido as their forces maintain their attack on the pirates, but Momonosuke is taken hostage (actually the old lady in disguise), Oden defeated and everyone captured except Shinobu, who offered her assistance. They are then sentenced to be boiled to death 3 days later

To save his vassals, Oden stands in the boiling pot of oil, Kaido agreeing to let them go free if one of them endures for an hour. Shinobu attacks someone in anger when they call Oden a fool, revealing that Oden’s naked dance every week for 5 years was meant to protect people Orochi had taken to give as tribute to Kaido, the proxy shogun only wanting vengeance against all of Wano for his family’s continued persecution

Oden’s execution ends, his vassals getting away with their lord’s help as Kaidou shoots the daimyo dead, his legacy living on. And we see that Toki has been told about the future by Oden, seemingly ready to use her powers as he suggests

Black Clover 238-240

Yuno, enraged by Klaus and Letoile being fatally wounded by Zeno, tries to attack, but Zeno utilizes only 55% of his devil’s power and defeats Yuno, found by Ralph as he goes to help too late

Half the Golden Dawn squad has been killed by Zeno and his flunkies, the other half managed to be healed by Vangeance’s World Tree magic. But the other 2 members of the Dark Triad are preparing to attack as well, Yami confirmed to be an Arcane Stage, like Asta and Yuno

The Heart Kingdom is attacked by Vanica, possessed by Megicula, while the Black Bulls’ hideout, where Vanessa, Gray, Gauche, Henry and Asta are, is attacked by the unnamed Dark Trinity member who has Gravity Magic, observing how Vanessa’s ability to manipulate fate with Rouge makes her likely a Stage 0 like Yami and others. And Asta readies himself to fight this new foe

Seven Deadly Sins 340-342

Arthur and Merlin recover briefly, while Meliodas and company decide what to do about Merlin’s betrayal of their trust. Turns out Cath isn’t defeated entirely, attacking again as Merlin decides to defend Arthur

Merlin and Arthur both fight Cath Palug, Meliodas deciding to help with the Seven Deadly Sins and aid the magician in protecting Arthur, who desires to rebuild the destroyed Camelot

The Sins fight Cath with Arthur and Merlin, but the beast seems unbeatable, able to regenerate almost instantly. And there is a vision of a possible future, Meliodas one of the only members still alive after seemingly hundreds of years, Elizabeth finally expiring permanently. But Arthur snaps them out and has a realization of how to beat the Chaos Beast.
