One Piece and Seven Deadly Sins are off this week

A new series has debuted in Shounen Jump this issue: The Last Saiyuuki by Daijirō Nonoue. Our lead, Ryunosuke, is suddenly told he has a new adoptive sister who has no arms or legs and can’t see. Initially resenting her, he learns compassion for her and discovers that she’s a special being that can bring destruction by her words, able to make fears become real, Ryunosuke’s father hoping to make her appreciate humanity by interacting with her new brother

 



World Trigger 176-177

Osamu discusses his feeling of unease that happened before the recent Rank Wars, figuring out that he was concerned about Hyuse standing out. The rumors that have been spreading since their Rank War concluded also bring up issues, talking with Netsuki and Azuma about spreading a counter-rumor to keep things stable

Azuma talks to Osamu about Chika and how she is like Hatohara, a sniper who also had difficulty shooting people, hoping she’ll be okay. Tamakoma 2 learns its next opponents are Ikoma, Ninomiya and Yuba squad, some of the members, along with Usami and Konami, meet up with Ninomiya incidentally at a restaurant
 

Dr. Stone 96

The group puts more resources into another innovation by Senkuu, this time making what amounts to radar and sonar, letting them seek out the mysterious individual, but also utilizing it for the eventual voyage to find fish for sustenance.

We Never Learn 101

We learn how Mafuyu initially was passionate in her teaching position, but after supporting a student that felt like she didn’t acknowledge her lack of talent, Mafuyu instead focused on developing talents and became the cold person we know today. Yuiga is inspired by Uruka to try and talk to Miharu about helping Mafuyu decide what to do, since she told him all that about her past, but is still uncertain

Fire Force 160

Giovanni explains that he’s infused himself with bugs, supposedly from Adora itself, not of Earth, which is why he’s been researching them. Shinra’s barely able to fight back, but Arthur arrives, conveniently ready to help in spite of his simple nature as a “knight”

My Hero Academia 218

As December is starting, the students ready for winter, we learn of a company going into Hero support items, their president secretly connected to the Special Abilities Liberation Army, formerly led by Destro, now preparing to take down the League of Villains who they see as enemies. A group of thugs working under the SALA’s ideals are approached by Bakugou and Todoroki who’ve just gotten their provisional licenses as Heroes.

Black Clover 195

Asta and Mimosa leave Charmy to face Rill, Noelle getting assistance from Jack the Ripper. But the major conflict is between Yuno and Rhya, Patri and Lonne, who can use some kind of teleportation magic. Rhya senses deceit from Lonne, wounded by the elf, his reincarnation neither human nor elf.
