World Trigger is on break for just a week, so we won’t
have too much of a lack of chapters. Naruto is also on break for a week. Toriko
returns after its three week hiatus.

Sinbad talks with Alibaba, apologizing that he didn’t let
Aladdin come with them. He also says Shambal was worried that Toto might cause
problems. Alibaba’s confused, since Kougyoku doesn’t know those people. Sinbad explains
things more: one of Zepar’s abilities lets him manipulate people for a limited
period of time using sound waves. He compares it to inserting his Rukh into
their body.
There are 2 other people he’s using like this across the
world, since there’s a limit of how many people he can distribute his Rukh
into. One of them is in his territory and the other’s a secret. The battle
Sinbad had against Kougyoku in Sindria a while ago is where he initiated the
technique so he could have a strategy to use against Kou.
Alibaba says this is cruel, since it’s manipulating
Kougyoku against her siblings, but Sinbad says he doesn’t let his emotions get
in the way of information gathering. He justifies his use of dirty methods by
saying that the other countries are likely doing this through different means.
This implies he’s not as good as he seemed at first (though Aladdin suspected
this for a while since he first trained in Sindria)
Sinbad says that Alibaba shouldn’t feel pressured, since
Sindria and Kou are still negotiating, so a war isn’t imminent. He also says
Sharrkan is like Alibaba, a prince exiled from his own country, his succession
rights stripped. The implication is that Alibaba could serve as Sinbad’s spy as
well in Kou by allying with them, Sinbad suggesting that Alibaba just pretend
to be loyal to Kouen.
But Alibaba still thinks this is dangerous, since Balbadd
could suffer if he’s found out. He says he’ll fight against Sinbad if he joins
Kou and reveal Sinbad’s control over Kougyoku. But Sinbad retorts that doing so
could put Kougyoku in danger. He ends the conversation saying that he’ll
consider Alibaba an ally no matter what he does (implying he has his hands in
other areas to keep Alibaba in check)
The fleet leaves from Balbadd for the summit, arriving as
Alibaba and Kouen discuss their arrangement, Kouen thinks Alibaba’s decided to
join them and goes to tell Alibaba’s household, but Alibaba stops him, asking
him one final question to determine whether he’ll even consider becoming
Kouen’s vassal. He asks whether he’s part of Al Thamen and whether the emperor
is independent of them or being used.
Kouen responds that they are part of his empire, so in
his eyes, they are subordinate to him. He tells Alibaba that in a larger scale
empire, you can’t trust everyone. He trusts his brothers, but he likely doesn’t
extend the same trust to his household or others not directly related to him
(which likely includes Gyokuen).
Kouen especially feels bad for Hakuryuu, since he doesn’t
want to fight someone who is related to him now by marriage, being Gyokuen’s
son. But he says Hakuryuu is a King Vessel that cannot swallow his hatred, so
he is a risk to others and himself. He warns Alibaba to not try to eliminate
those things he hates, since he himself as the future Emperor of Kou, is
willing to protect his country, even if he has to sully his hands, not unlike
Sinbad.
Kouen is building his army, even with those that he
thinks may betray him in the future, monsters he’s tamed to use their strength
in the upcoming conflict. He says that Hakuryuu poses no threat to him. Alibaba
asks if this is because he knew he was planning a revolt, Kouen responding in
the negative. It was because they were planning it that way, suggesting they
have countermeasures set in place against him as well as Judal and Gyokuen, the
various people they see as threats in some way or another. Alibaba is shocked,
thinking that they’re willing to exploit anyone to protect their country, or
unify the world in Kouen’s case.
The chapter ends as Jafar, Drakon, Hinahoho, Pisti and
Spartos arrive to meet Kouen’s fleet and move to the summit’s location.
Seven
Deadly Sins 63
We start with a spread of Arthur’s army, Dreyfus thinking
on the renown Arthur has, since he managed to pull a sword from a stone that no
Holy Knight could take out. Hendricksen says that he’ll confront Arthur while
Dreyfus takes care of the Seven Deadly Sins.
Hendricksen thinks that this doesn’t make sense, since
Camelot is still a relatively new kingdom and their army couldn’t possibly
compare to Lyonesse’s. But he also senses thousands of people and their
strengths are all Holy Knight level, which means the army is far stronger than
all of Lyonnesse’s Holy Knights combined, since they don’t even have 1000
compared to Camelot’s seeming thousands
Hendricksen asks Arthur why he’s come here, especially
without sending a messenger, Arthur explaining that he had some business to
attend to and wanted to stand out so he could receive an audience. Suddenly the
person next to him, presumably Merlin (not the Sin of Gluttony who has the same
name), makes a motion and the army disappears along with their presences.
Hendricksen is shocked that the army and its great power was just an illusion,
asking exactly why Arthur’s here.
Arthur explains he owes a great debt to the king and
wishes to see him. But Hendricksen explains that he’s ill, Arthur saying that “Merlin”
can heal him. Hendricksen denies his help, the king deciding that there must be
something that’s causing him to make a blockade around the city and volunteers to
help him.
Elizabeth and Hawk manage to get out of the underground
dungeon they were thrown into (after Hawk finally relieves himself), Elizabeth
looking for Margaret and her father, since she thinks that they must be
somewhere if they’re in Lyonesse proper
The chapter ends as Dreyfus and the major holy knights
we’ve seen (besides the Weird Fangs): Jericho, Geera, Gilthunder and Hauser,
move to attack the Seven Deadly Sins

We flashback to Renji and Rukia discussing strategy:
Renji’s plan to confront each opponent as they come, but Rukia saying that’s
too reckless and that they have to plan, even if they’ve become much stronger
than before. The basic tactic will be to hide after every battle so they don’t
lose initiative on the enemy.
Renji wakes up, having slept most of the night away,
looking for the next Stern Ritter to fight. Nanana Najahkoop is shown hiding
near where Renji was, and he thinks out loud how stupid Renji was to just sleep
in the middle of battle, let alone in the enemy’s camp. He smirks to himself,
since he thinks Renji’s doomed now that he knows where he is and that he’s
observed him for so long (which apparently has to do with his power).
Rukia, meanwhile, is not able to find many of the Gotei
13’s reiatsu, just able to find Isane’s so far. Isane is busy healing Kensei
and Rose, and Rukia can’t sense any of the Quincy’s reiatsu either, so she
thinks she should go meet up with Renji.
Suddenly, something touches her and she reacts, recoiling
from it. She turns around to see As Nodt, speaking of being lonely as he moves
slowly towards her. He misses his Senbonzakura, since he has apparently lost it
(meaning Byakuya got the Shadow Infiltration Pill from Kisuke as well) or he
just wants to fight Byakuya. He asks Rukia where Byakuya is and she refuses. As
Nodt plans to kill her to draw Byakuya to him, Rukia thinking he won’t have it
so easy.
As Nodt fires off his thorns we saw last time, Rukia
dodging them and unleashing Sode no Shirayuki to block. The thorn releases some
black energy through the ice, As Nodt saying ice is useless against his power.
Rukia seems to freeze as As Nodt taunts her, emphasizing
how his power is the embodiment of fear. The chapter ends, however, as Rukia
recovers, asking what As Nodt’s fear is, speculating it’s someone who cannot
fear.

Piece 736
The finals begin, the major focus on Diamante, who was
actually replacing the 4 executives that were originally participating (since,
logically, they’re not going to be able to fight, since they’re dealing with
the Straw Hats)
The Mera Mera no Mi is also focused on as the major
prize, considered one of the best Logia Devil Fruits.
Suddenly, a group of D block fighters, displeased with
the outcome, rush out to attack Rebecca. Diamante blocks their way and
effortlessly defeats them. He explains that he ate the Hira Hira or Flag Flag
fruit and can both turn anything he touches into fluttering matter and harden
it like steel.
Flying Fish especially sensitive to blood, like sharks,
attack from the sidelines. They’re the bosses of the schools of Fighting Fish
and the Mera Mera no Mi has been placed on the back of one of them to add more
challenge. The goal of the tournament is to steal it and the last one standing
is the winner like the previous blocks. The finals start with a gong as we
change scenery
Luffy, Kinemon, Zolo, Wicca and Violet are moving closer
to the palace, but Luffy messes things up, smashing right through the door to
the front rampart, making Violet decide they should just charge through the
front, even if they risk going up against other members of the Doflamingo
Family executives.
The grunts report to Doflamingo and his subordinates
directly there, including Baby 5, who say that Luffy should be fighting in the
tournament, but they insist it’s Luffy. This frustrates Doflamingo, who asks
who’s fighting as Lucy instead of Luffy (which means they knew it was Luffy for
a while)
The One Legged Soldier is attacked by Lao G and his
subordinate is smacked away as well by the old man, who fights amazingly well
even if he has a bad sense of direction (and also needs glasses if the target
is especially tiny).
The chapter ends as the group reaches the next rampart
and is attacked by a giant stone humanoid, which Violet says is Pica.

We return after three weeks without Toriko to see our
main character snoozing in a relatively peaceful part of Gourmet World, the
flora and fauna going about their business. As he wakes up, we see he’s gotten
some stubble and looks more survivalist, like he’s survived for months or
longer. He even says he’s caught up on an hour of sleep and can now go for
another 2 weeks without sleep, which could be part of his Food Honor training
or just from training in Gourmet World and developing his Gourmet Cells.
He sees what we first saw hit him as he was sleeping and
he realizes it’s a gummy candy. The forecast even calls for a rain of gummies,
along with chocolate and marshmallows, with isolated mountains, a literal
mountain falling on the same location, swallowed by a Mountain Eating Pelican.
Toriko moves to get some of its eggs while it’s hunting, moving out after
getting the egg, saying he’ll go back since he’s gotten enough ingredients.
Arriving at what I assume is his home in the Gourmet
World, he drops the egg down a long passageway, ending up on a massive pile of
ingredients, some of which he’s set aside as a souvenir. We see someone
preparing a meal and it’s Komatsu, desperate to return after a year and a half
away from human world, meaning we’ve had a timeskip of about 2 years since we
took the break.
Komatsu asks how they’re going to get it back, Toriko
chopping most of their tree house away from the trunk, leaving their
ingredients ready to be moved. Toriko gives himself a quick shave and haircut
with his Knife, also cutting Komatsu’s hair to its original style. He then says
they’ll simply carry the ingredients, Komatsu incredulous at that suggestion.
We shift back to Human World, the chapter ending as we
see a truck carrying Almond Cabbage and a single pill falling out, making it
seem like things have changed a lot in the last 2 years.
Fairy
Tail 369
We start with the fight between Jellal and the Oracion
Seis, Zero (not Brain, I got them mixed up last time) the one who finished off
Jellal standing over the crater he made. The head of Crime Sorciere has seemingly
disappeared and everyone is stunned. Angel even notes there’s not anything
left, but suddenly, the scene shatters, as if it was an illusion. Midnight had
created an optical distortion to make it seem that Jellal was defeated, but he
broke it.
Jellal affected his own eyes to disrupt the effectiveness
of Midnight’s Reflector power and then initiated a three dimensional seal
formation around the Oracion Seis, which unleashes Grand Chariot, based on a
constellation, I believe (since that’s part of the basis of Jellal’s magic, derived
from heavenly/celestial bodies)
Midnight sees that Jellal’s using True Heavenly Body
magic now, summoning a meteor to crash down on his enemies. Midnight admits his
loss and asks Jellal to kill him. He refuses, the Oracion Seis thinking he’ll
take them back to jail. But instead, he offers them an opportunity to join
Crime Sorciere. He says they have a common enemy, Zeref
Back where Tartaros is, Franmalth asks Crawford whether
he’s found Jellal, the ex chairman responding that something better has happened:
he’s gained control of Jellal’s key and now he can transfer it to anyone and
kill them so they can unlock Face. Franmalth confirms that the key is, at
present, in the chairman, complimenting him on the masterful skill he has to
unlock such a hidden seal.
But, as expected, Kyouka betrays Crawford and stabs him
from behind. The area shakes as Face’s unsealing is affecting even their
fortress in the sky.
The chapter ends as we see Elfman unleashing the power of
the Lacryma crystal, prepared to leave this world with his feelings of love
towards his sister.
